Nexity launches Nex'One, an AI-powered platform for its partner network
The real estate developer presented on September 29, 2026 a new digital tool intended for its network of distributor partners. This platform, named Nex'One, aims to centralize access to the group's offerings and integrate artificial intelligence functionalities into sales processes.
A dedicated space for the partner network
Nexity has developed Nex'One for its partner network, which includes bankers, wealth management advisors and real estate distributors. The platform centralizes all of the group's offerings and presents itself as a dedicated space allowing each partner to manage its business independently.
According to the press release, the tool is inspired by e-commerce standards to facilitate property search and connection with end customers. The group presents this platform as a lever for commercial development.
Functionalities based on artificial intelligence
The platform integrates several functionalities described by the group: property search according to location, exposure and configuration criteria, real-time estimation of savings effort and potential rental income, as well as personalized wealth management studies.
Nexity also mentions an intelligent assistant designed to guide partners in their recommendations, as well as three-dimensional projection and modeling functionalities. "Nex'One allows them to gain commercial efficiency and present all Nexity products to their customers in just a few clicks," said Paul Lassalle, commercial director, marketing and offerings at Nexity.
