Nexity signs a 96-room B&B hotel in Bron, near Lyon
The real estate developer has signed a hotel project on the eastern outskirts of Lyon, an operation presented as the continuation of its diversification beyond residential. The initiative is part of a strategy for developing tertiary assets in the region.

On September 29, 2026, Nexity signed a 96-room hotel under the B&B Hotels brand in Bron (69), on the eastern outskirts of Lyon. The project is carried out in co-promotion with Icade, designed by Dumetier Design and acquired in off-plan sale by Whiterock, which will manage its operations.
The future hotel will offer nearly 2,500 m² of space and 70 parking spaces. Located in the heart of the Clairière Business Park, developed by Lyon Métropole Habitat, it is situated along the Lyon ring road, close to Lyon-Saint-Exupéry airport.
According to the group, the sector will ultimately accommodate more than 1,000 new housing units and 42,000 m² of tertiary spaces.

Nexity describes this signature as an illustration of its tertiary diversification strategy in the region and its ability to develop projects bringing together investors, operators and partners. Franck Attali, General Manager of the East Region at Nexity, indicates that the operation reflects the group's commitment to developing its expertise beyond residential, by supporting the needs of metropolitan areas in tertiary assets.
