One Experience share abandons 0.32 € threshold and plunges nearly 8%
The stock of this retail space development company is declining sharply during the session, following the publication of its half-yearly accounts. The Paris session remains oriented downward, in a market concerned about French debt.
A 0.32 € support breached, with a price below its three moving averages
One Experience share loses 7.83% to 0.31 €, falling below the 0.32 € support that had previously bounded its recent fluctuations. The stock is also down 8.05% over a week, following a decline of 13.51% over three months, and 62.13% over a year. The price is below its MA20 of 13.33%, its MA50 of 22% and its MA200 of 27.44%, which places the stock far from its medium-term trends.
The RSI at 34.63 is close to the oversold zone, without entering it. The Paris session, for its part, is oriented downward: the CAC 40 is down 0.69% and the SBF 120 is down 0.72%, in a market monitoring French debt and the Moody's rating expected on October 23.
A semester with a loss of 499 k€, weighed down by bitcoin depreciation
The stock decline comes after the publication, on October 19, of first-half 2026 accounts. Net income is a loss of 499 k€, compared with a profit of 27 k€ a year earlier. The gap stems largely from non-cash items, primarily the accounting depreciation of bitcoins held by the group, while business activity remains stable.
The semester also saw the entry into the scope, on June 1, of One Hospitality Assets, a subsidiary that owns the buildings and assets of hotels operated under the brand. This integration increased fixed assets by 3.1 M€ and increased financial debt. The next technical level to monitor is the resistance of 0.45 €, 44% above the current price.
