Ciné Par, in concert with the Seydoux family group consisting of Nicolas Seydoux, Sidonie Dumas, Michel Seydoux, and Pénélope Seydoux, has raised the price of the public withdrawal offer (OPR) for Gaumont shares to 100 euros per share. The offer, initially filed on April 13, 2026, at a price of 90 euros per share, has thus been increased by ten euros. This enhancement is conducted under the terms of the Concert (Ciné Par and the Seydoux family group), which leads this operation to buy out minority shareholders.
