Racing Force Group: revenue up 17% in third quarter, driven by the Americas
Racing Force Group published on October 21, 2026 consolidated revenue of €18.6 million for the third quarter of 2026, compared to €15.9 million a year earlier, representing an increase of 17.0%. The Italian automotive safety equipment group, listed in Milan and Paris, noted that this growth occurred against what it describes as a "particularly challenging" comparison base.
When publishing its half-year results on July 22, 2026, the company had already indicated it expected difficult comparisons in the second half, due to the level of activity achieved during the same period in 2025. The published quarter shows that growth continued in this context, with a contribution from the Americas significantly higher than other regions.
€65.4 million in sales over nine months, growth across all categories
Over the first nine months of 2026, consolidated revenue reached €65.4 million, up €10.2 million (+18.5%) compared to the same period in 2025. At constant exchange rates, growth stands at 19.7%. The pace of the third quarter alone (+17.0%) is close to that of the cumulative period.
Driver's Equipment remains the primary source of growth in value, with an increase of €7.0 million (+16.8%). Bell helmets grew by 22.8% and OMP racing suits by 18.4%.
Car Parts show an increase of €1.1 million (+11.2%) over nine months, but 17.7% in the third quarter alone, continuing the recovery initiated in the second quarter. The Other segment progressed by €2.1 million (+52.7%), driven by Racing Spirit clothing (+73.1% over nine months), by the delivery of the second batch of HPS helmets to the Dutch Ministry of Justice and by the contribution of Zeronoise Communication Services.
Americas up 45.5%, EMEA remains the leading market
The geographic breakdown reveals a shift in the center of gravity of growth. The EMEA region remains the group's leading market, with €40 million in sales (61% of total), up €3.2 million (+8.5%), a rate below the group's average.
The Americas generated €18.2 million in revenue over nine months, up €5.7 million (+45.5% at current exchange rates, +50.8% at constant rates), with an acceleration of +56.9% in the third quarter. The company attributes this dynamic to strengthening its brands in major American championships, for both OMP pilot equipment and Bell helmets. Asia-Pacific increased by €1.3 million (+23.3%), reaching €7.1 million.
By channel, sales to dealers (Dealers) amount to €36.7 million, up 15.7%. Sales to automotive teams and manufacturers increased by €2.9 million (+20.7%), supported by technical partnership agreements in major championships. The Other category gained €2.3 million (+24.8%), mainly thanks to Racing Spirit clothing for businesses and HPS helmets for police and law enforcement.
Fourth quarter concentrates dealer inventory orders
Chief Financial Officer Roberto Ferroggiaro recalled that the final quarter traditionally weighs heavily in the fiscal year: "The fourth quarter concentrates dealer inventory orders in preparation for the new season". He added that the comparison with the previous fiscal year "remains challenging" and that the objective is to "maintain a high pace and best manage the accumulated lead".
As a reminder, the group published on March 25, 2026 revenue of €73.11 million for fiscal year 2025. When publishing the July 2026 half-year results, the company had also mentioned a complex international context, which it indicated it was monitoring.
At the end of the first three quarters, consolidated revenue stands at €65.4 million, up 18.5% year-on-year, of which €18.2 million was generated in the Americas.
