Rexel share breaks below the €32.64 threshold, among the biggest decliners in the SBF 120
The electrical equipment distributor is losing significant ground during the mid-session, in a declining Paris market. The decline extends a busy month marked by financial operations, including a capital raise and an acquisition in the United States.
A €32.64 support level broken during the session, below all moving averages
The Rexel share is declining by 3.27% to €31.99. It falls below the €32.64 support level, while the 200-day moving average, at €36.08, stands 11.3% above the current price. The stock has thus lost 10.9% over one month, a decline that places it among the strongest losers in the SBF 120, while the index retreats by 0.69%. The previous session's decline had already brought the share back to this threshold. The RSI at 39.81 remains in an intermediate zone: the decline has not yet pushed the indicator into oversold territory.

The decline occurs in a busy context for the group. At the end of September, Rexel announced the successful completion of a capital increase of approximately €500 million, following the agreement reached with Audax Private Equity to acquire American company GCG, valued at 1.4 billion dollars. The half-yearly results published on July 27 had reported net financial debt of €3,322 million, up €690 million since the end of 2025. Rexel will present its third-quarter revenue on October 22, an event that the share is approaching below all three moving averages.
