Serge Ferrari returns to growth in third quarter (+1%), decline in Americas narrows
The composite canvas manufacturer reported, on October 26, 2026, revenue of €81.5 million in the third quarter, up 1.0% at constant scope and exchange rates. This return to quarterly growth brings nine-month activity to equilibrium (+0.2% at constant scope and exchange rates), with €259.4 million compared to €259.3 million a year earlier.
The publication above all shows a geographic rebalancing. Europe, the group's leading region, continues to advance. The decline in the Americas, which reached 27.2% at published figures for the first half according to the September 9, 2026 publication, is limited to 6.6% in the third quarter alone.
€81.5 million in third quarter, €259.4 million over nine months
In the third quarter of 2026, SergeFerrari Group's revenue stood at €81,546 thousand, compared to €80,610 thousand a year earlier. Growth came to 1.2% at current scope and exchange rates and 1.0% at constant scope and exchange rates.
Over nine months, revenue reached €259,405 thousand, compared to €259,342 thousand over the same period in 2025. Activity is stable at current scope and exchange rates (0.0%) and up slightly by 0.2% at constant scope and exchange rates.
These figures are unaudited. As a reminder, the group achieved consolidated revenue of €347.5 million over the entire 2025 financial year.
Europe advances, Americas decline narrows in third quarter
Europe recorded growth of 2.6% in the third quarter, at €54.8 million, and 4.1% over nine months, at €189.6 million, at both current and constant scope and exchange rates. The group attributes this growth to Solar Protection, environmental applications, and strong performance in its Distribution business.
The Asia, Africa, Middle East and Pacific region advanced 2.1% in the third quarter, at €15.4 million, after a decline of 0.8% over nine months. The press release notes strong Tensioned Architecture performance in Asia.
The Americas region remains in decline: 6.6% at current scope and exchange rates (7.5% at constant exchange rates) in the third quarter, at €11.3 million, and 20.2% over nine months (18.5% at constant exchange rates), at €28.3 million. The group attributes this decline to a base effect linked to a major Tensioned Architecture project completed in the third quarter of 2025, while reporting "strong growth in removable structures" and wins with new customers.
Tensioned Architecture projects delayed by geopolitical instability
By business segment, the group indicates slight growth in most of its markets, while Tensioned Architecture projects are affected by delays linked to geopolitical instability. Sébastien Baril, board president, clarifies that "the momentum of our environmental applications and the strong performance of our Distribution business offset the impact of geopolitical tensions on the schedule of our Middle East projects".
This factor was already among the risks cited during the half-year publication of September 9, 2026, which mentioned delivery difficulties for certain goods in several Middle Eastern countries and a geopolitical context reducing visibility.
Going forward, SergeFerrari Group indicates that, in an environment where visibility remains limited, it intends to leverage its industrial capabilities to gain market share in its established markets and strengthen its growth drivers. The structural highlight of the publication remains the 1.0% growth at constant scope and exchange rates in the third quarter, bringing the nine-month total to €259.4 million.
