Three Settlement Currencies and Payment on September 21, 2026
The interim dividend for the second quarter of 2026 amounts to $0.3906 per ordinary share. Shareholders were able to choose to receive their dividend in US dollars, euros or sterling pounds.
Holders who confirmed their currency choice on August 28, 2026 will receive $0.3906, €0.3366 or 28.92 pence per ordinary share respectively. The euro and pound equivalents were converted from the dollar based on an average of market rates recorded over the three trading days from September 2 to 4, 2026.
The dividend will be paid on September 21, 2026 to shareholders registered in the members' register on August 14, 2026.
