Sogeclair announced on October 1st, 2026, after market close, the completion of the divestment of its engineering activities dedicated to Airbus to the benefit of Akkodis, a consulting company specializing in digital and technological engineering.
The transaction concerns 366 employees located in France, Spain, Germany, Canada, India and the United Kingdom. The transfer of activity in the United States and Tunisia will be carried out following the obtaining of required authorizations.

According to Sogeclair, the completion of the transaction constitutes a new milestone in its development strategy. The group indicates that it enables it to strengthen its position in high value-added engineering and production activities across the entire product lifecycle.

The transfer of activities in the United States and Tunisia remains conditional on the receipt of necessary approvals. Regarding the group's recent calendar, Sogeclair had published on September 10th, 2026 its first half 2026 results, showing revenue down 3.1% to €78.1 million and a return to a positive net result of €0.3 million.
