Still down 30.5% over one year, Emeis share (retirement homes) gains 2%

A rebound of 1.95% that leaves the share far from its moving averages

The Emeis share gains 1.95% to €10.44 compared to a previous close of €10.24, in an SBF 120 advancing 0.32%. The weekly gain reaches 5.62%, but only compensates for part of the 15.33% decline recorded over one month and 26.74% over three months. The price is below its 20-day moving average (€10.75, a gap of 2.88%), its 50-day moving average (€12.33) and its 200-day moving average (€13.72), placing the value nearly 24% below its long-term average.

The RSI at 31 remains close to the oversold zone, following the lower levels noted in early October. The support at €9.89, which had been briefly broken during the session before returning above, remains the closest downside reference point.

The first half guidance increase, reminder of a more solid business foundation

During the publication of the first half of 2026, on July 29, management reported performance above its initial expectations and raised its guidance for the fiscal year. It specified that the trend observed since the beginning of the year extended that of 2025. This reminder says nothing about today's movement, but it highlights the gap between the announced operational trajectory and the price, which is trading 30.72% lower than a year ago. On October 5, the group had moreover completed its withdrawal from Latin America for approximately €111 million in disposals.
