According to the group, this award constitutes a milestone within the framework of the Theon Next initiative, aimed at developing a fully interconnected European future soldier vision system.
In parallel, its subsidiary Kappa (100% owned by Theon) has received orders for various terrestrial and naval applications, for a total amount in the upper range of single-digit millions of euros. The remaining orders concern a range of wearable products.
Materialization of the pivot towards ground forces
As the fourth quarter of 2026 begins, the reorientation towards equipment intended for ground forces, anticipated by Theon earlier in the year, is materializing, with the group having been selected on several projects.
Philippe Mennicken, deputy chief executive officer and director of commercial development at Theon, indicated that the group has been pre-selected on several other contracts and higher-value options. He specified that integration activities related to recent investments and acquisitions are continuing, particularly for gyro-stabilized turrets and air defense systems, with full operational integration only able to commence after receipt of the required regulatory approvals.
Strong H1 performance and positive momentum continuing into H2 2026 with further acceleration expected in Q4.
