Trading below €44.52 in session, Eurazeo stock reclaims its support level
The Paris-based asset manager is recovering in early afternoon, following a session where it briefly lost its support level before rebounding. The recovery occurs in a rising Paris market, after several difficult weeks for the stock.
A €44.52 support level breached and then reclaimed during the session
Eurazeo stock gains 1.89% to €45.36, while the SBF 120 advances 0.45%. The stock did breach its €44.52 support level during the session, falling to a low of €44.42, before recovering above it. This rebound remains fragile: the price remains below its three moving averages, 3.74% below the 20-day MA (€47.12), and the RSI at 33 reflects recent seller exhaustion. Over one month, the stock is down 8.4%, with today's recovery erasing only a small portion of these losses.
Abu Dhabi office and share buyback in the background
Eurazeo announced on October 1st the opening of its first office in the Middle East, in Abu Dhabi, to get closer to sovereign wealth funds and Gulf family offices. The group also launched a €200 million share buyback program in June, executed at approximately 15% by October 1st (€30 million repurchased). Upon publication of the first half of 2026 results on August 3rd, third-party fundraising reached €2.3 billion, compared to €2.1 billion a year earlier, while the Group's net profit remained negative at -€6 million.
The stock remains under pressure from interest rates: the 10-year OAT is at 4.90% since the October 1st update, its highest level since 2002. For consensus, analysts' opinions on Eurazeo are available on the website.
