UNIFY Group acquires College of Art & Design, a Brussels design school
The group listed on Euronext Growth Paris integrates a Brussels design school into its Ed'Learn training division. The operation expands UNIFY Group's international presence, which already generated 37% of its revenue outside France in 2025.
A design school integrated into the Ed'Learn training division
UNIFY Group (ALUNI) announced on October 1, 2026 the acquisition of CAD (College of Art & Design), a design school founded in Brussels in 1961. The establishment joins Ed'Learn, the group's training division, to strengthen its offering in creative professions.
CAD trains its students in interior architecture and design, communication and digital design, as well as fashion and accessories. The school combines practical projects, teaching by professionals and internships in companies.
Courses are taught in English and bring together students from over twenty nationalities. According to the group, this operation is part of its strategy for international diversification.
UNIFY Group structures its activities around four complementary divisions: media, training, events and marketing technologies. The integration of CAD complements the training segment, alongside the group's other business lines.
Synergies with the group's media brands
The integration of CAD opens new perspectives with UNIFY Group's other activities. The group's media brands in fashion (Grazia, Icon, Biba, Aufeminin), home and living (Maison & Travaux, Journal de la Maison) and digital content (Melty) align with the school's training programs.
Combined with the group's expertise in innovation and artificial intelligence, these complementarities could support educational projects and strengthen CAD's links with professionals.
"With CAD, Ed'Learn welcomes a school whose practical and international approach meets the needs of creative professions," said Gautier Normand, CEO of UNIFY Group. For Éric Vanden Broeck, CEO of CAD, this partnership should open new perspectives for the school, its students and its professional partners.
A group present in eleven countries
In 2025, UNIFY Group generated revenue of €529 million and had 1,219 employees. The group operates in eleven countries, with 37% of its revenue generated internationally.
Its four business lines are carried by Reworld Media (media), Ed'Learn (training), Event Flow (events) and Nyorda Group (technologies and digital marketing). The company has scheduled the publication of its first-half 2026 results for October 14, 2026, after market close.
