Valeo Appoints Jean-Luc Terrasse as Head of Light Division Effective July 1, 2026
Christophe Périllat, CEO of Valeo, has appointed Jean-Luc Terrasse as the General Manager of the Valeo Light division and Deputy CEO of the group, starting July 1, 2026. He will join the executive committee of the group and report directly to the CEO.
Jean-Luc Terrasse, who joined Valeo in 1989, has amassed over three decades of experience in industrial operations across Europe and South America. Prior to this appointment, he served as the General Manager of Valeo Wiper Systems since January 2016. His expertise spans operational management, product development, and commercial leadership across various group divisions, including engine control systems, body electronics, and specialized lighting products. He also has external experience from roles at Alstom Grid, Johnson Controls Automotive, and Safran. Jean-Luc Terrasse holds a degree from École Centrale de Lyon (ENISE).
