A 35-Year Career within the VINCI Group
Thierry Mirville began his professional career in 1991 at GTIE, a subsidiary of Compagnie Générale des Eaux, which became a subsidiary of VINCI in 1997 and was renamed VINCI Energies in 2002. Since October 1, 2025, he has held the position of Deputy Chief Financial Officer and has been a member of the group's executive committee.
Planned Succession at Year's End
Christian Labeyrie will continue his duties until December 31, 2026. This planned transition follows several months of coexistence within the executive committee, with Thierry Mirville having joined the leadership group as the second-in-command of the financial department since October 2025.
