VINCI Energies Completes Acquisition of All for One and Holds 87.33% of Capital
Following the voluntary public offer launched in July, VINCI Energies now holds 87.33% of the shares of the company based near Stuttgart. The operation is attached to the Axians brand and targets digital infrastructure services, from cloud computing to artificial intelligence.
87.33% of Capital Acquired Following the Offer Launched in July
VINCI Energies announced on October 14, 2026 that it had completed the acquisition of All for One Group SE. The VINCI subsidiary now holds 87.33% of the shares of the German company, following the voluntary public offer that opened in July. The operation is therefore no longer a project: it has been completed, and it grants the French group a substantial majority of the capital, although not the entirety of it.
The acquired company is located near Stuttgart, in southwestern Germany. Its business focuses on the integration and maintenance of business management applications. It combines two components: the deployment of these tools with clients, followed by their monitoring over time.
All for One achieved revenue of 500 million euros for the 2025 fiscal year. This amount corresponds to the target's activity and not to the transaction price. The company relies on 3,000 qualified employees and works with more than 4,500 clients.
Its clientele is mainly located in Germany, serving the Mittelstand, the network of medium-sized companies that structures the country's economy. All for One is also present in Austria, Switzerland, and Poland. For VINCI Energies, the operation thus results in the integration of an established client base in the German-speaking region, with an extension into Central Europe.
An Operation Driven by Axians in Digital Services
The acquisition is attached to Axians, the brand that VINCI Energies dedicates to digital infrastructure services. The group cites four relevant areas: business management applications, cloud computing, data analytics, and artificial intelligence. It describes this market as experiencing strong growth.
According to VINCI, the operation strengthens Axians' position in this segment. It should enable VINCI Energies to continue seizing opportunities linked to the acceleration of digital transformation in Europe. The mechanism is one of external growth: rather than developing a competency and client base on its own, the group integrates a structure that already possesses both.
The order of magnitude must be viewed in relation to the size of the whole. VINCI employs 294,000 employees in more than 120 countries, in concessions, energy services, and construction. All for One's 3,000 employees thus constitute a targeted contribution in a specialty, at the group's scale.
From a legal standpoint, VINCI clarifies that the final terms of the offer and all applicable provisions are governed by the offer document. The dissemination of the press release, the offer, and its acceptance may be subject to restrictions in certain countries.
An Announcement Following a VINCI Energies Contract in Sweden
This acquisition occurs less than a month after another announcement from VINCI Energies. On September 17, 2026, the subsidiary had secured, via its Omexom brand, a contract worth approximately 30 million euros per year with Swedish operator Vattenfall, covering the electricity distribution network in southern Stockholm.
On the stock market, VINCI's share price had declined 15.5% over the quarter as of October 6, 2026. The stock had broken through its 105.60 € support level on October 5, after falling below the 108.50 € level on September 30.
