Winamp Group Halves Its Debt and Reschedules the Balance Over Three Years
Winamp Group announced on Monday the completion of its financial restructuring plan. The company has reduced its debt from 10.4 million euros to 5.2 million euros and rescheduled the remaining balance over three years.
Debt Reduced by Half
The restructuring carried out by Winamp Group has reduced the total indebtedness (principal and accrued interest) from approximately 10.4 million euros to about 5.2 million euros. The remaining balance has been rescheduled according to a new repayment schedule: 1 million euros twelve months after the signing of the agreement, 2 million euros at twenty-four months, and the final balance at thirty-six months.
A Major Step in Financial Transformation
This operation is part of a broader process initiated by the group since the beginning of 2026. It complements capital increases, debt-to-equity conversions, and other financial optimization initiatives carried out over the year. All these measures strengthen the balance sheet and enhance its financial flexibility.
