Winamp: its Bridger subsidiary exceeds 40 agreements with five new signings
Winamp Group's Bridger subsidiary has concluded five agreements with collective management societies located in Europe and Latin America. These signings bring Bridger's international network to over 40 agreements with collective management societies worldwide.
Five collective management societies across five territories
Winamp Group SA (Euronext Growth Paris and Brussels: ALWIN), through its Bridger subsidiary, announced on September 30, 2026 the signing of five agreements with collective management societies.
The agreements were concluded with SDADV in Andorra, SAYCO in Colombia, SACIM in El Salvador, EDEM in Greece and Armauthor in Armenia. They are part of the international network developed by Bridger for the management and collection of rights of artists and songwriters it represents.
Public performance rights and mechanical rights covered
The agreements cover both public performance rights (Performance Rights) and mechanical rights (Mechanical Rights), for offline uses as well as for digital services operating locally in the territories concerned.
International digital platforms are already covered by Bridger's existing agreements with MINT. These new signings supplement those concluded in recent months with collective management societies in Europe, the Americas, Africa and Asia.
The international network reaches over 40 agreements
With these signings, Bridger's international network now has over 40 agreements with collective management societies around the world.
"As our international network develops, our priority is to strengthen the coverage we can offer to artists and songwriters," said Alexandre Saboundjian, CEO of Winamp Group. The group has scheduled its next investor meeting for October 8, 2026, in the form of a video conference.
