The Board of Directors of Altamir Gérance has appointed Eddie Misrahi as the new CEO of Altamir Gérance, effective May 1, 2026. He will succeed Maurice Tchenio as the head of management.

Professional Background of the New CEO
Eddie Misrahi, a well-recognized professional in Private Equity, held senior positions at the French entity of the Apax group, renamed Seven2 in 2023, before presiding over it from 2011 to 2025. After handing over the operational management of Seven2 to his associates, he joined Altamir Gérance as Deputy CEO, having been a board member since 2014. Maurice Tchenio remains a board member of Altamir Gérance and will continue to support the company.
