ASML: New CTO and Major Executive Reshuffle Ahead of 2026 AGM
ASML has released the agenda for its Annual General Meeting on April 22, 2026, highlighted by changes in the composition of its executive bodies. The Dutch lithography system manufacturer announces the appointment and reappointment of several members of its governance bodies.
ASML plans to appoint Marco Pieters as Chief Technology Officer for a four-year term, subject to approval at the General Meeting. Chief Financial Officer Roger Dassen and Chief Operations Officer Frédéric Schneider-Maunoury will be reappointed for four years and two years respectively. These decisions will increase the Board of Management's membership to six following the 2026 AGM.

Benjamin Loh, former president of ASM International, is appointed as a new member of the Supervisory Board, bringing over thirty years of experience in the semiconductor and electronics industries.
