Thuener previously served as Vice President in charge of financial control and was responsible for general accounting at Alphabet Inc., a role she has held since 2018.

Amie Thuener brings significant expertise in financial reporting, corporate governance, and transactions related to artificial intelligence. Prior to her tenure at Alphabet, she worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as a director managing transaction services and accounting advisory. Hock Tan, President and CEO of Broadcom, stated that Thuener's extensive experience in leading complex and global organizations will be invaluable.
