The company is reassessing its ongoing projects, their respective timelines, and reallocating available resources in favor of these two development axes.
Increased Involvement in Blockware Solutions
CBI is also increasing its stake in Blockware Solutions, LLC (BWS) through the acquisition of a convertible note worth 2 million USD in exchange for CBI shares. This acquisition is a continuation of the company's commitment to BWS.
