DOLFINES announces the transformation of its branch in the United Arab Emirates into a subsidiary, registered under the name Dolfines Gulf Consultancy LLC. This restructuring is part of a strategy to strengthen and structure the group's international operational excellence consulting framework.
Formation of a New Legal Entity
DOLFINES has transformed its Dolfines Abu Dhabi branch into a subsidiary, now registered in the United Arab Emirates under its new name, Dolfines Gulf Consultancy LLC. This development reflects the group's intention to provide its regional operations with a legal and commercial identity that meets the requirements of the Gulf market. The creation of the subsidiary will also allow the group to benefit from the network of tax treaties signed by the United Arab Emirates with the countries in which it operates. Dolfines Gulf Consultancy specializes in technical assistance, inspection, engineering consulting, and HSE services for energy sector operators in the MENA region.
Operational Expertise and Client Network
The subsidiary benefits from all the accreditations, certifications, and operational expertise of the DOLFINES group, as well as its network of institutional clients, including major operators in the region. This change in name does not alter the ongoing contractual commitments nor the local management team. The group specifies that, to date, it has not been impacted by the current geopolitical situation in the Middle East regarding its facilities and ongoing contracts. Should the situation persist, the group anticipates a temporary slowdown in activity in the Gulf. Meanwhile, DOLFINES is preparing for a significant increase in workload should activity in the region resume.
