The RSI, an indicator measuring the speed of price changes, stands at 39, close to the oversold zone (below 30), signaling persistent selling pressure without yet indicating an extreme excess at this stage. The break below the 60.20 euros threshold, which until now had been the most recent support, marks an unfavorable signal on the chart. The most significant resistance is now at 70.50 euros, a level currently more than 18% above the current price.
UBS Revises Price Target on DSM Firmenich
This Wednesday, UBS lowered its price target on DSM Firmenich from 92 to 81 euros, while reiterating its buy recommendation. At the current price of 59.56 euros, this implies a revaluation potential of about 36% relative to this new target, highlighting the extent of the discrepancy between the market valuation and the Swiss bank's estimate. The day before, the group announced the successful issuance of 1.5 billion euros in bonds, carried out in two tranches as part of its debt securities financing program. This fundraising on the credit market comes as the stock undergoes a significant decline, losing 15.78% over three months. The next financial communication is scheduled for May 6, with the publication of the first quarter 2026 revenue, followed by the annual general meeting the next day.
