EMEIS Appoints Jean-Marc Boursier as Deputy CEO Effective July 1
Jean-Marc Boursier, currently the Deputy CEO, has been appointed as the Deputy CEO by the EMEIS board of directors on April 24, 2026. He will assume his new role from July 1, 2026, while continuing as the Group CFO.
Jean-Marc Boursier, an engineer graduated from Télécom Sud Paris and holder of a Master's degree in Finance from HEC, joined EMEIS on September 1, 2024, as Group CFO. From April 1, 2025, he was promoted to Deputy CEO, with expanded responsibilities including oversight of Central Europe and Latin America. Prior to joining EMEIS, he served as CFO and COO of SUEZ Group.
