GEA: General Meeting Approves Annual Accounts Unreservedly
The annual ordinary general meeting of GEA has approved the annual accounts for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2025, without any amendments, as well as the allocation of results. The statutory auditor certified that the accounts are regular and sincere.
The annual accounts of GEA as of September 30, 2025, contained in the annual financial report published and filed with the AMF on January 30, 2026, were approved without modification by the annual ordinary general meeting held on March 31, 2026. The allocation of the fiscal year's results also received the assembly's approval. The statutory auditor FORVIS MAZARS certifies that the annual accounts are, in accordance with French accounting rules and principles, regular and sincere and provide a true picture of the results of the operations for the past fiscal year as well as the financial situation and assets of the company.
