Logic Instrument Finalizes Financing for Distrame Acquisition with a Net Profit of €70K
Logic Instrument announces that all shares issued in November 2025 to finance the acquisition of Distrame have been sold by the Société Financière de Participation Auboise. The transaction generates a direct net profit of over €70K for the group.
Completion of Financing for the Acquisition
Logic Instrument has finalized the financing of its acquisition of Distrame, a French leader in testing and measurement solutions. By February 18, 2026, all shares issued for this operation had been sold by the FPA over a three-month period. This transaction results in a direct net profit of more than €70K for Logic Instrument SA, contributing to a reduction in the acquisition price. The average selling price was established at €1.6965, higher than the initial reference price of €1.65 set for the issuance of new shares. According to the group, this success reflects the market's confidence in the strategic relevance of this purchase. Logic Instrument, a recognized European player in the design and distribution of robust computer systems for demanding environments, continues its strengthening through vertical and horizontal acquisitions.
Strategic Acceleration for Distrame
Distrame is now entering a phase of acceleration in its strategic plan aimed at exceeding its growth and profitability targets, with a goal set at €30 million in revenue. The group operates in a French market for testing and measurement estimated at over one billion euros and growing strongly. Its development plan is based on four major pillars: strengthening supplier partnerships with support from 65 test and measurement experts and consolidating alliances with global sector leaders such as Fluke, Keysight, Chauvin Arnoux, Rohde & Schwarz, and Tektronix. Digitalization and client efficiency are achieved through the implementation of a digital coverage strategy via the creation of comprehensive online catalogs incorporating all partner references, offering clients privileged access with specific pricing conditions and personalized account management.
Software Sovereignty Strategy and European Expansion
Distrame is also developing a software sovereignty strategy based on the creation of a test and measurement software ecosystem that can be integrated into market solutions. European expansion constitutes the fourth pillar, marked by the opening of the German market realized through a first strategic recruitment. This integration is part of the broader dynamics of Logic Instrument, which has recently expanded its product offerings and the deployment of its vertical markets, notably in defense, with the acquisitions of Elexo, Artic Distribution, and Glacier Computer.
