MG International Publishes Its 2025 Gender Equality Index
MG International has released its professional equality index for the year 2025, in accordance with the requirements of the Future Professional Act. The company scored a final mark of 93 out of 100.
2025 Professional Equality Index Performance
MG International achieved a score of 93/100 for its 2025 professional equality index. This index assesses the professional status of women and men within the company based on four indicators: the comparison of average remuneration by age group and socio-professional category (38/40), the gap in the distribution of individual raises (35/35), the percentage of female employees receiving raises upon returning from maternity leave (15/15), and gender parity among the top 10 highest salaries (5/10).
Context of the Index Publication
The publication of this index is part of the measures under the Future Professional Act of September 2018, aimed at eliminating pay disparities between women and men.
