MG International announces the appointment of Rafael Benami, Chief Executive Officer of Maytronics Group, as the chairman of the board of directors. His tenure began on April 14, 2026.
Rafael Benami replaces Sharon Goldenberg, who resigned from her role as Chief Executive Officer of Maytronics Group. Mr. Benami, who is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Maytronics, now takes on this new responsibility at MG International. Nicolas Mouret will continue to serve as the company's Chief Executive Officer.
