Netgem Launches 20 Free Channels at Bouygues Telecom via Pleio TV Platform
Netgem announces the expansion of its partnership with Bouygues Telecom by launching the Netgem Pleio TV app, enhancing the French operator's TV offering with a selection of FAST (Free Ad-supported Streaming TV) channels. This deployment represents a consolidation of the collaboration between the two groups, previously initiated with Cloud Gaming.
Immediate Deployment Across Bouygues Telecom's Customer Base
Starting today, Netgem is deploying its Pleio TV aggregation platform to all Bouygues Telecom TV customers. This offering is based on a set of 20 FAST channels selected for their thematic diversity and multi-generational targeting: ADN and Eclutch for GenZ, Qwest for music lovers, TV5 Monde+ Chefs for food enthusiasts, and Passion Novelas, Passion Bollywood, and Fréquence Novelas for fans of Hispanic and Indian entertainment. The stated goal is to significantly enrich the entertainment experience of subscribers by providing them with a varied selection accessible at any time.
Developing a Comprehensive Ecosystem for Integration
To integrate this offering, Netgem has developed its own ecosystem including SSAI, CDN, Ad-servers, and multi-agency integration, ensuring, according to the company, high-quality broadcasting and effective advertising monetization. This model is based on the experience gained in the United Kingdom since 2020, now extended to all territories. Pleio is presented as a turnkey content distribution platform (Live, VOD, FAST, Cloud Gaming) intended for telecom operators, allowing them to offer convergent and unified entertainment solutions to their subscribers.
