Strategic Pillars of the New Model
The group has refocused its model around three distinct pillars. The first is based on a capital of first-party data concerning B2B decision-makers. The second relies on a platform of omnichannel Data and AI solutions. The third asset consists of communities of owner-managers, federated within 11 B2B brands of the group, including Marketing, DAF, Silicon, Decision Achats, Action Co, Relation Client, and Ecommerce Mag. This reorganization aims to align the group's offerings with the technological transformations of the market, according to the press release.
Deployment of Key Data and AI Solutions
In recent months, NetMedia Group has deployed three structuring solutions in the field of data and artificial intelligence. Prax is presented as a data and AI consulting solution focused on commercial performance. Mentioned is an offering for conversational activation and visibility in generative AIs. The Big Consideration AI Index is described as a proprietary tool for managing brand desirability in the AI agent economy. According to the company, these solutions allow the group to position itself in fast-growing markets at the intersection of B2B marketing, data, and artificial intelligence. The group indicates that its Data AI offering has a business pipe conversion rate of over 60 percent.

For the fiscal year 2026, NetMedia Group indicates it has clearly identified growth relays, a differentiating offer in the Data and AI markets, and a model based on proprietary assets. The group believes that this new organization opens a new cycle of development and value creation.
