Osmosun Changes Name to WATERA: Three New Board Members Following Merger with Unibios
Following its general assembly on March 11, 2026, WATERA (formerly OSMOSUN) appointed three new board members. This decision comes in the context of the merger with Unibios, a Greek company listed on the Athens Stock Exchange.
New Board Appointments
The shareholders approved the appointment of Vasiliki Niatsou as an independent board member. With over thirty years of experience as a corporate lawyer, she currently serves as the legal director at Ellaktor Group. Vassilis Pavlopoulos was also appointed as an independent board member. A practicing lawyer since 2003, he is a founding partner and manager of PBP Law Firm since June 2015. Maxime Therrillion was appointed as a board member and deputy managing director. Having been with OSMOSUN since 2016, he has held various positions including export manager (2016-2018), sales director (2019-2025), director of business development, and then deputy managing director, succeeding Julien Cauvy who stepped down from his roles as deputy managing director and board member.
Composition of the WATERA Board
The WATERA Board of Directors now consists of seven members: Orfeas Mavrikios as CEO and Chairman, Maxime Haudebourg as a board member, Vasiliki Niatsou as an independent board member, OKwind represented by Louis Maurice as a board member, Vassilis Pavlopoulos as an independent board member, Maxime Therrillion as a board member and Deputy Managing Director, and Antonios Svoronos as a board member. The shareholders also approved a strategic consulting agreement with Maxime Haudebourg, founder and former CEO of OSMOSUN, to provide technical support to the teams, advise management, and participate in research and development efforts.
