Technological Contributions of the Consortium Members
OVHcloud provides its OPCP platform, a standardized, operable, high-capacity cloud solution designed to deliver massive computing resources with OPCP Core enabling rapid, large-scale deployment. Clever Cloud adds an advanced orchestration layer that includes PaaS, containerization, and managed services, facilitating the management, automation, and unification of complex environments. DEEP contributes its hosting capabilities as well as its expertise in cloud, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence.

This selection reflects a strict alignment with the European Commission's Cloud Sovereignty Framework, which sets a high standard for strategic and legal control, European security and compliance, transparency of dependencies, technological openness, and environmental performance.
