Sogeclair reported a revenue of €160.3 million for the fiscal year 2025, marking an increase of 2.1% (3.0% at constant exchange rates). The fourth quarter of 2025 recorded a revenue of €42.9 million, growing by 4.0% (6.4% at constant exchange rates). Currency fluctuations during the period accounted for a negative impact of €1.5 million. This quarter marks the eighteenth consecutive quarter of growth since the second quarter of 2021.
Performance by Sector and Region
By sector: commercial aviation (35.8% of revenue) increased by 3.8%; business aviation (33.3%) decreased by 8.1%; defense (14.2%) rose by 28.3%; automotive (7.4%) grew by 0.3%; rail (5.5%) increased by 4.1%; and space (2.5%) grew by 6.8%. The two business units showed distinct trajectories: Engineering benefited from defense development (+42.5%) and recorded overall growth, while Solutions experienced a slight decline of 3.0% (-1.5% at constant exchange rates). Geographically, France and Europe drove the group's annual growth, while America and Asia-Pacific saw declines. The group has achieved five consecutive years of revenue growth.
