SPIE announced it has signed an agreement to acquire 93% of Artemys, a company founded in 1989 specializing in the transformation of information systems. Artemys, which employs 420 people across 7 agencies, generated approximately 82 million euros in revenue in 2024. This acquisition will enable SPIE to enhance its capabilities in cloud computing, big data, and cybersecurity, according to the group.
