The transaction remains subject to the decision of the Évry Commercial Court, with no certainty at this stage regarding its outcome.
An Offer Submitted for IntegraGen's Assets
ABL Diagnostics announced on September 11, 2026 that it has submitted an offer intended to acquire the activities and assets of IntegraGen, a company specializing in genomic analysis of nucleic acids, particularly in oncology and rare genetic diseases.
IntegraGen is currently subject to judicial restructuring proceedings opened before the Évry Commercial Court. The offer was submitted pursuant to Article L.642-1 of the French Commercial Code.
According to the group, this initiative is part of its growth strategy and the examination of external growth opportunities complementary to its current portfolio.
ABL Diagnostics specifies that the envisaged acquisition remains subject to the decision of the Évry Commercial Court. At this stage, the company indicates that there is no assurance that it will be selected as the preferred bidder.

The offer constitutes a candidacy for acquisition within the framework of a judicial procedure, the outcome of which depends on the Évry Commercial Court. ABL Diagnostics has indicated that it will keep the market informed of any material developments relating to this matter, in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
