The hotel group Accor is enhancing its finance function in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific by integrating Aimie, an autonomous artificial intelligence agent developed by Sidetrade. This new collaborator is dedicated to customer follow-ups and optimizing collection strategies.
Aimie directly interacts with Accor's clients to qualify invoices and autonomously optimize collection strategies. Developed by Sidetrade, a global leader in AI-based Order-to-Cash solutions, Aimie utilizes Sidetrade's Data Lake, which aggregates $8 billion in transactions. This integration positions Accor's regional teams among the first to adopt an agential AI as a full collaborator in the finance function.
