Aegon Launches a Tender Offer for Five Series of Subordinated Bonds
Aegon Ltd. is inviting holders of five series of outstanding subordinated bonds to tender them for cash purchase under the terms set out in a public offering memorandum.
The group is proposing the purchase of five series of subordinated bonds: the EUR 2004 notes, the NLG 1995 notes, the NLG October 1996 notes, the NLG February 1996 notes, and the USD 2004 notes. The offer commenced on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, and the submission deadline is set for 5:00 PM CEST on Thursday, May 7, 2026. The final results announcement is scheduled for Friday, May 8, 2026, with settlement expected on Monday, May 11, 2026.

The purchase price and accrued interest will be paid in euros for the EUR 2004 notes and the three NLG series, and in US dollars for the USD 2004 notes. The offer is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the public offering memorandum dated April 28, 2026.
