The practices in question date back more than 20 years and were deemed anti-competitive in the air freight sector. The administrative proceedings before the European courts have resulted in a now definitive decision.

The cumulative fines, including interest, had been provisioned at 366 million euros. The total amount will be paid in March 2026.
