Altarea delivers the 185 Saint-Honoré building in Paris to Ashurst law firm
Altarea Entreprise announced on Monday the delivery of the 185 Saint-Honoré building in Paris to the international law firm Ashurst, eighteen months after the start of construction. The site, comprising two interconnected buildings with about 5,800 sqm of usable space, will host more than 150 employees of the firm starting July 20.
A rehabilitated real estate complex between Madeleine and the Opera Garnier
Located in the heart of the 1st arrondissement, close to the Louvre and the Tuileries Garden, the 185 Saint-Honoré complex brings together two buildings situated on Rue des Pyramides and Rue Saint-Honoré. This premium office building has undergone a bespoke rehabilitation aimed at modernizing the spaces while preserving the historical identity and charm of the site. The architecture was designed by Mars Architects and the decoration was carried out by Studio Jean-Philippe Nuel.
The new premises, leased under a nine-year BEFA agreement starting in 2024, provide a work environment that combines heritage and modernity. Each floor has been designed to promote optimal working conditions with a strong presence of natural light, flexible spaces, informal lounges, and meeting rooms. The layout will enhance synergies and collaboration among teams while maintaining confidentiality.
High-level environmental certifications
The building boasts BREEAM RFO Very Good level certification, HQE Sustainable Building V4 Very Good level, and the Osmoz Ready built lever label. In line with the objectives of the tertiary decree, the building aims to reduce its energy consumption by 60% by 2050. The spaces are heated and cooled through urban networks, complemented by smart management of ventilation, heating, and LED lighting, allowing for user comfort and control of the carbon footprint.
