Altarea Finalizes its Photovoltaic Partnership with Crédit Agricole
Altarea Renewable Energies and Crédit Agricole Transitions & Energies completed on February 26, 2026, the establishment of a joint venture dedicated to the construction and operation of photovoltaic infrastructures, following agreements concluded at the end of 2025.
Completion of the Joint Venture Formation
The operations for the formation of the joint venture were finalized on February 26, 2026. Crédit Agricole holds 75% of the structure, while Altarea Renewable Energies owns 25%. The common platform encompasses nearly 700 solarized rooftop projects and one ground-based project. The total installed capacity amounts to 124.6 MWp of photovoltaic infrastructures, with nearly three-quarters already in operation.
Contractual Relationships and Service Agreements
The contractual relationships between the two entities include service agreements with Altarea Renewable Energies, reflecting a long-term partnership approach. Altarea will serve as the developer, asset manager, and manager of the photovoltaic infrastructures.
