ALTEN: 2025 Revenue Slightly Down, Improved Performance in Q4
ALTEN released its annual 2025 revenue on January 29, showing a limited decline in activity but a sequential improvement in the fourth quarter, amidst a mixed sectoral context and following four acquisitions made during the fiscal year.
In 2025, the group's revenue amounted to 4.1 billion euros, down by 1.1% compared to 2024. On a like-for-like basis and constant exchange rates, the organic decline reached -4.5%. France showed an increase of +4.3% at 1.42 billion euros, while international revenues fell by 3.7% to 2.68 billion euros. The decline was mainly due to a sharp decrease in the Automotive sector (-16%), as well as in Telecoms, Electronics, and the Public Sector.

In the fourth quarter of 2025, ALTEN achieved a revenue of 1.023 billion euros, with a limited decrease of 0.35% in reported figures and -2.2% organically. The performance was better than anticipated, with a return to growth in the Aerospace and Banking/Finance sectors, while Defense/Security, Naval, and Energy sectors continued their progression. The group indicated that this relative improvement in Q4 should contribute to an operating margin of activity above 8.1% of the revenue in 2025, in line with its estimate communicated in October.
