Ateme Reports 8% Growth in Fourth Quarter of 2025
Ateme recorded a revenue of 32.8 million euros in the fourth quarter of 2025, marking an 8% increase in reported figures and 11% on a like-for-like basis. Over the full year 2025, the video compression and broadcasting solutions specialist posted revenues of 95.6 million euros.
Annual Performance and Regional Breakdown
The consolidated revenue of 95.6 million euros in 2025 represents a 2% increase in reported figures, or 4% on a like-for-like basis, according to the press release. The EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) remains the group's largest market, accounting for 45% of the activity with revenues of 43.0 million euros, up by 5% (6% on a like-for-like basis). The United States and Canada region showed the strongest momentum with an 18% increase (21% on a like-for-like basis) reaching 28.4 million euros. Ateme attributes this improvement to a commercial reorganization initiated at the start of the year and an expansion of its customer base. Conversely, the Asia-Pacific region experienced a decline of 21% (18% on a like-for-like basis), which the company attributes to a base effect related to significant hardware sales in 2024. Latin America remained nearly stable at 10.3 million euros, down by 6% (-1% on a like-for-like basis).
Monthly Recurring Revenue and Currency Impact
The group's Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) increased from 2.954 million euros in January 2025 to 2.999 million euros in January 2026, a 2% growth. This growth accelerated in the fourth quarter with a sequential increase of 10%, amounting to an additional 264,000 euros. According to the press release, this momentum was particularly driven by the signing of two large-scale enterprise licenses. The group notes that currency fluctuations had a negative impact of 200,000 euros on the MRR in the first half of the year. Ateme begins 2026 with an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of 36.0 million euros, representing 38% of the previous year's total revenue.
2025 Results and Financial Objectives for 2027
The 2025 results 'will demonstrate significant progress towards the 2027 financial goals,' states the press release. The group aims for 22 million euros in EBITDA and 4 million euros in Monthly Recurring Revenue by that time. Available cash decreased from 9.5 million euros at the end of 2024 to 5.3 million euros at the end of 2025, but Ateme has 'significantly' reduced its financial debt over the year. The group notes that it enters 2026 with an order book several million euros higher than the previous year and anticipates commercial opportunities related to the recently announced merger of two major competitors.
