Atos Delivers Future Radio Network Information System to ACMOSS

A Centralized Access System for 10,000 Agents

The SI-G delivered by Atos serves as the access portal to the operational and administrative resources of the RRF, the new common communication system for security, rescue, and health actors in France. Currently, nearly 10,000 agents from various state services are using the RRF. The system ensures the traceability of operations, the monitoring of the quality of 4G and 5G networks, as well as the management of subscriptions and billing.

New Features and Partner Operators

New features are already being rolled out, including outgoing portability, international roaming, and, in a B2B portal logic, an ergonomic redesign of certain modules. These developments position Bouygues Telecom as a reference operator alongside Orange. The RRF aims to modernize the communication equipment of intervention forces by providing them with a common and resilient tool, integrating 4G and 5G technologies with priority access for rescue operations.

Deployment Planned Until 2027

Once its deployment is finalized by 2027, more than 300,000 national and municipal police officers, gendarmes, firefighters, emergency medical services (SAMU), prefects, customs officers, armed forces, Ministry of Justice agents, and operators of vital importance will benefit from the RRF. Atos ensures the operational maintenance of the system and supports its deployment through training and knowledge transfer programs.
