The new agreement covers the provision of infrastructure management and cybersecurity services to CNA. Atos will continue to provide critical infrastructure services, including mainframe services, network and middleware operations, digital workplace environment, user support, identity and access management, major incident management, and cybersecurity. This agreement follows nearly a decade of collaboration between the two organizations.
Duration and Value of the Agreement
The total expected value of the contract is approximately $500 million over the term of the main agreement, including possible future extensions and additional services. The contract stipulates an initial base term of 67 months, with options for extension and scope expansion.
