Atos and Backbase have entered into a strategic collaboration agreement to accelerate AI-driven banking transformation in regulated markets. This agreement spans Africa, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Turkey, Southern and Southeast Europe, and Switzerland.
A Partnership Spanning Seven Major Geographic Zones
Atos, a global leader in AI-powered digital transformation, and Backbase, creator of the native AI banking operating system, have signed a principal collaboration agreement. This agreement applies to international markets including Africa, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Turkey, Portugal, Spain, Southeast Europe, and Switzerland.
The agreement establishes a structured framework for collaboration covering opportunity development, professional services, operational deployment, training, and joint market-launch initiatives.
Transforming Banks with Security and Compliance
The partnership combines Backbase's native AI banking operating system with Atos's expertise in AI-powered transformation, system integration, sovereign cloud, cybersecurity, and large-scale services. Both companies aim to support financial institutions in modernizing customer journeys, enhancing digital engagement, and delivering seamless, customer-centric banking experiences.
