Atos Repays its 1L Term Loan and Launches a Tender Offer for €743.7 Million in Bonds
On Wednesday, Atos Group confirmed that it has repaid its term loan and launched a tender offer for its bonds, continuing the refinancing strategy initiated in May. The IT group is also proceeding with the early repayment of the remaining bonds.
Atos Group has completed the full repayment of its 1L term loan contract, including accrued interest, and has launched a tender offer for its 1L bonds. Bondholders who submitted their securities represent a nominal amount of €58.6 million. The group will repurchase them on June 25, 2026, at a price of 106.161% of the nominal value, plus accrued cash interest.
