In the third quarter of 2025, Atos's revenue amounted to 1,977 million euros, reflecting an organic decline of 10.5% compared to the same quarter in 2024. The Atos SBU experienced an organic decrease of 19% to 1,621 million euros, partly due to the discontinuation of low-margin contracts and a sluggish market environment. Conversely, the Eviden SBU recorded an organic increase of 77%, reaching 356 million euros, supported by the approximately 200 million euros Jupiter contract. The net cash flow variation for the quarter is estimated at -38 million euros, including an impact of 87 million euros related to restructuring.
Continued Execution of Genesis Plan
Atos continues to implement its Genesis plan, with notable progress in workforce reduction and cost optimization. Leadership appointments have also been made to enhance the execution capacity of the strategic plan. Despite challenging market conditions, the group reiterates its profitability and cash generation targets for 2025.

Financial targets for 2028 include organic revenue growth between 8.5 and 9 billion euros.
