The Silver Economy specialist has been selected to deploy its Serenea nurse call solution in over 100 medical-social and health establishments, according to the press release issued this Wednesday.
Significant Contract Win for Bluelinea
Bluelinea, 81% owned by APICIL Group, reports having won a multi-year framework contract with a major player in the social and solidarity economy. The scope covers more than 100 facilities, including nursing homes, structures for individuals with disabilities, and health establishments. The client had previously tested the Serenea solution during a pilot phase conducted in 16 of its establishments before signing the framework contract, the company specifies. This selection follows a qualification process described as demanding by the company. The group already equipped 776 establishments in France by the end of 2025, according to the information provided.
Economic Potential of the Contract
According to Bluelinea, this framework contract represents an economic potential of several million euros over the contract's lifespan. The company did not specify the exact duration of the commitment nor the detailed amount. The contract is part of a modernization and harmonization approach of the sick call systems within the client's establishments, the press release indicates. The Serenea solution, developed by Bluelinea, is based on wireless technologies, including LoRa and Bluetooth, and offers mobile call functionalities via bracelets or pendants, intra-establishment localization, and fall detection via radar. The company also highlights the interoperability with existing systems and integration with its HELP platform available 24/7.
Key Advantages Leading to Contract Win
According to Bluelinea, several advantages contributed to winning this contract, notably the modularity of the Serenea offer and the ease of deployment thanks to wireless networks. The company also values compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 18295, and ISO 27001 standards, as well as the ISO 27002 standard applicable to its activity. Bluelinea presents its solution as a tool designed to improve resident care, assist caregivers in their daily tasks, and provide real-time operational and managerial monitoring to facility management. The company, listed on Euronext Growth, positions itself in the Silver Economy sector with two main activities: supporting seniors at home through HELP solutions and equipping connected establishments via Serenea.
