Bouygues has issued a press release detailing the availability and consultation conditions for the preparatory documents for its ordinary and extraordinary general meeting scheduled for April 23, 2026.
Details of the Meeting
The general meeting will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 3:00 PM, at the Challenger Center in Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines. The meeting notice, including the agenda and the draft resolutions, was published in the Bulletin of Mandatory Legal Announcements on Monday, March 9, 2026. The invitation notice will later be published in the Bulletin of Mandatory Legal Announcements and in a legal announcements newspaper, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Access to Preparatory Documents
The preparatory documents will be available to shareholders from today, both on Bouygues' website (Investors & Shareholders section) and at the company's headquarters (32 avenue Hoche, Paris 8th district). These documents will remain available for the fifteen calendar days preceding the general meeting. Bouygues promptly publishes any resolution proposal submitted by shareholders on its website, as well as the list of items added to the agenda at their request. The board of directors may also publish a commentary for each item on the agenda.
